How do I install the Chrome extension?
After signing up, navigate to your dashboard and click the extension link in the sidebar, or visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "TradeHub." Click "Add to Chrome" and follow the prompts to connect it to your account.
How does the product clipper work?
Once the Chrome extension is installed, visit any vendor or retailer website. Click the TradeHub extension icon or use the keyboard shortcut to clip a product. Our AI automatically extracts the product name, price, dimensions, images, and other details into your product library.
Can I add team members to my account?
Yes. From your dashboard, go to Settings > Team and invite team members by email. Additional seats are $29/month or $290/year per member. Team members can access shared projects, boards, and credentials.
How do client proposals work?
Create a board with your product selections, then generate a proposal from it. Your client receives a link where they can view products, approve or reject individual items, leave comments, and provide an e-signature — all without needing a TradeHub account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for stored credentials, all data is transmitted over TLS, and we host on trusted infrastructure providers. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save you 20%.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate your account. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every new account includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You just need a credit card to start — you won't be charged until the trial ends.
How does AI Studio work?
AI Studio lets you generate and edit design images using AI models from Google, OpenAI, and Flux. You can create mood boards, visualize spaces, and produce client-ready renderings directly within TradeHub.
